Teresa V. Villarreal

Alice, Texas - Teresa V. Villarreal, 88 years old passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at her residence. She was a homemaker, a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt. She was preceded in death by her parents Adolfo Vera and Jesusa Martinez Vera, her husband Silvestre Villarreal, Sr. , two sons Silvestre Villarreal, Jr., and Enrique "Henry" Villarreal, one sister and three brothers. Survivors include her two sons Roberto (Maria G.) Villarreal of Alice, Texas and David Villarreal of Corpus Christi, Texas, one sister Romana Olivarez of Hereford, Texas, seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will begin on Thursday, January 11, 2018  at 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. at Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Home in Alice located at 600 So. Wright St., Alice, Texas 78332 with a Prayer Service at 6 p.m. that same evening. Funeral Service will be conducted on Friday, January 12, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Home  in Alice, Texas. Burial will follow at New Collins Cemetery in Alice, Texas. Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Homes, Inc. entrusted with arrangements.
