Hebbronville, Texas - Sara M. Garza, 81 years old passed away Sunday, November 7, 2021, in an Alice hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was a former employee for the SDISD for many years. Sara was a homemaker. She enjoyed dancing, cooking for her family, loved her cats Lily and Winters and loved working politics in the Duval Era. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents Tomas and Manuela Ortiz Morin, one son Alfredo "Freddy" Arredondo, one grandson Jose Lucio Munoz, numerous brothers, and sisters. She is survived by her four sons Ramiro Rene (Susie) Arredondo, Felix (Lucy) Arredondo III, Jose Oscar Arredondo and Fernando (Olivia) Arredondo, four daughters San Juanita "Janie" (Luis) Davila, Maria Dolores (Eladio) Cantu, Erica (Israel) Ramirez and Stacie Trevino, four brothers Ernesto Morin, Jesus Morin, Gilberto Morin and Juan Rene Morin, five sisters Guadalupe Gonzalez, Zulema Morin, Sylvia Gonzalez, Savas Santana and Aurora Vidal, forty-one grandchildren, fifty-seven great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. Active Pallbearers: Rene Rubalcava, Felix Arredondo, Jaime Rodriguez, Adrian Valerio, Blas Castillo, Jose Oscar Arredondo, Jr., and Jacob Trevino. Visitation will begin at 8 a.m. - 9:15 a.m. on Saturday November 13, 2021, at Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Home in San Diego, Texas. Rosary to be recited at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday November 13, 2021, at St. Francis de Paula Catholic Church followed by a Funeral Mass. Burial will follow at the San Diego Cemetery # 2 in San Diego, Texas.
