Their are not enough words to describe the pain and loss of such a great man. God gained not only an angel, but a true superhero. We all miss you dearly Ruben, and I thank God for blessing my husband, kids and myself with such an amazing father/ grandfather figure. You were the glue that held your “shamu “ together, and we promise to always look after her and the kids. Everyone questions, “why you?” But only God knows and now we know Ruben that you are resting peacefully in Heaven. I am a Cowboy fan for life, but will always think of you when the Cowboys are playing! The Everett family and name will forever be cherished in our hearts! Until we meet again Ruben !

Ruben was one of my classmates. He was a super sweet person with a beautiful personality. Although I hadn’t seen him in a few years, I can still hear him joking around and smiling. May he Rest In Peace.
