San Diego, Texas - Ricardo G. Luna, 84 years old passed away Sunday, February 7, 2021 in a San Diego Nursing Home. He was a retired construction worker for many years. Ricardo enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching football games, cowboy movies and his passion was playing slot machines. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents Juan and Pola Luna ,one brother Juan Manuel Luna. He is survived by his wife, Beatrice R. Luna, four sons, Ricardo D. (Cecilia) Luna, Robert (Patty) Luna, Rodolfo G. (Lamar) Luna and Roel F. (Diana) Luna, one daughter, Nora A. Luna, two brothers, Salvador (San Juana) Luna and Rufino Luna, Sr., four sisters, Rosa Torres, Guadalupe (Ramiro) Saenz, Margarita Trevino and Fela Garza, The Luna Family would like to thank the San Diego Civic Center Nutrition Program, Nurses on Wheels and La Paloma Nursing Home Staff. Visitation will begin Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. at Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Home Chapel in San Diego with a Rosary to be recited at 11 a.m. followed by Funeral Services. Burial- San Diego Cemetery in San Diego, Texas. Due to COVID-19 Pandemic we will be following all CDC and Government mandates.
