Reynaldo Garza, Sr.

San Diego, Tx - Reynaldo Garza, Sr., 71 years old passed away November 9, 2023, at his residence surrounded by his loving family after a short illness. He was a retired truck driver for many years. Last employment was with the City of San Diego. Reynaldo enjoyed gambling, and spending time with his family. He loved to keep his yard clean, make his amazing barbeque, and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. He is preceded in death by parents Gilberto Garza, and Rebecca Garza, one grandson Alexander "Alex" Guerra, and one sister Yolanda G. Cases. He is survived by his wife of 44 years Elodia M. Garza, one son; Reynaldo (Chandra) Garza, Jr. one daughter; Crystal (Paul Walker) Garza, one brother; Ricardo " Rico” (Anna) Garza of Ben Bolt, Tx, two sisters; Lydia Perales, Ernestina Ramos of Freer, Tx, six grandchildren; Aidan Garza, John Garza, Maggie Garza, Carlie Garza, Macy Guerra and many numerous nieces and nephews.

Active Pallbearers: Juan Perales, Felipe Ruiz, Oscar Garza, Servando Cases, Jr., Aidan Garza, Noe Maldonado, and John Garza.

Visitation will be held on Monday November 13, 2023, at 5 P.M. - 9 P.M. with a Rosary to be recited at 7 p.m. at
Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Home Chapel San Diego, Tx. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday November 14, 2023, at 10 A.M. at St. Francis De Paula Catholic Church. Burial San Diego Cemetery #2.
