Oscar David Lopez

​San Diego-Oscar David Lopez born to Anselmo Samuel Lopez and Adela Garza Lopez on February 7, 1978, passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 in a Corpus Christi hospital. He was 42. Oscar worked in the Oil Field industry all his life.  He loved fishing, Barbecuing and loved the beach.  He was a loving father, husband, son, brother, and friend and will be greatly missed by all.  He is preceded in death by his father, Anselmo Samuel Lopez, grandmother, Maria De Los Santos Garza, and paternal grandfather Eusebio Garza, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Krystal M. Lopez, four sons, Ramiro Suarez, Isaac Suarez, Israel Suarez and Oscar David Lopez, Jr.,  three daughters, Megan Suarez, Amber Suarez and Marie Lopez, his mother, Adela Lopez, one brother, Joe Edward Lopez. Active Pallbearers: Jesse Rios, Alex Gonzalez, Pete Garcia, Ramiro Suarez, Gilbert Yanez and Eric Garcia. Visitation will begin on Thursday, October 1, 2020 at 8:00 a.m. at Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Home- San Diego. Rosary will be recited @ 9:00 a.m at Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Home-San Diego. Burial will follow at San Diego Cemetery No. 2. Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Homes, Inc. entrusted with the arrangements.
