Noel O. Cantu

Alice- Noel O. Cantu, 42 years old passed away October 11, 2018 in a San Antonio hospital after a long illness. He was a graduate of Alice High School Class of 1994. He was a former employee for the City of Alice. He was a loving husband, son, brother, uncle and friend. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Margarito Rodriguez, paternal grandparents Rodolfo and Olivia Cantu. He is survived by his wife Gracie G. Cantu of Alice, Texas, his father Norberto Cantu, his mother Sylvia Ramos, step-mother Norma Cantu, step-father Israel Ramos, brother Armin Cuevas, all of Alice, sister DeeAnn Cantu of Annaville, Texas, maternal grandmother, Mercedes Rodriguez,  mother-in-law Sarita C. Gonzalez, both of Alice, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Visitation will begin October 15, 2018 at 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. at Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Home in Alice. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 3 p.m. on October 16, 2018 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Alice. Burial will follow at Roberson-Collins Cemetery in Alice. Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Homes, Inc. entrusted with arrangements.
