Alice, Texas - Lilia “Lily” G. Cash 59 years old passed away on Thursday, May 23, 2024, after a long affliction. Lily was married to her loving husband Craig Cash for 33 years. She was a graduate of Alice Independent School District. She served in the ministry “Christian Women’s Job Corp.” She was active in the Church Ministry. Lily was the owner of Farmhouse Coffee & Retail Shop for 3 years. She was a loving wife, devoted daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend. Lily will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Lily is preceded in death by her father Refugio Gonzalez. Lily is survived by her husband; Craig Cash, two sons; Mario (Danielle) Lopez, Luke (Dorothy Vela) Thompson, two daughters; Joy (Roel) Govea, Katrina Young, her mother; Olivia A. Gonzalez, three brothers; Refugio (San Juanita) Gonzalez, Rogelio Gonzalez, and Justo (Crystal) Gonzalez, and her loving aunt; Josie Valerio. Visitation will begin Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. with a prayer service to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that evening at Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Home San Diego. Funeral Service Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church 501 E. 2nd St. Alice, Texas. Burial will follow at New Collins Cemetery. Mauro P.
