Linda G. Gonzalez

​San Diego-Linda G. Gonzalez. passed away Sunday, August 9, 2020 at her residence after a short illness. She was a homemaker, enjoyed landscaping and spending time with her family.  She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her parents, Julio Garza and Eva Everett and her husband Carlos Gonzalez, Jr. She is survived by her son, Luis Daniel Gonzalez, three brothers, Luciano (Lupita) Suarez and Damacio (Patsy) Suarez both of San Diego, Texas, Jorge (Perla) Garza of Corpus Christi, Texas, three sisters, her twin Alice Rubalcava of San Diego, Texas, Eva (Alfonso) Avalos and Leticia (Juan Rodriguez) Garza both of San Antonio, Texas, several nieces and nephews. Visitation will begin on Wednesday at 8:30 am - 10:00 am with a Rosary to be recited at 10 am at Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Home Chapel in San Diego with a Funeral Service to follow that same morning. Burial will be at the San Diego Cemetery # 2, San Diego, Texas. Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Homes, Inc. entrusted with arrangements.
