Librada A. "Lilly" Garza

Alice- Librada A. "Lilly" Garza 85 years of age passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2021 in an Alice Nursing Home. She retired from P&S hospital after 20 years. Lilly along with her husband Adan were the owners of Danny's Drive Inn and Liquor store. Lilly enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.  She was a devoted parishioner at St. Joseph Catholic Church and a member of the Altar & Rosary Society. She was a loving mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eusebio P. Arriola and Juanita Gonzalez Arriola, and her husband Adan B. Garza.  She is survived by her two sons, Adan A. "Danny" (Gloria) Garza and Alberto A. (Aixa) Garza, two brothers, Raul (Lupita) Arriola, and Ricardo Arriola, one sister Celia Contreras, 5 grandchildren, 7, great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, and nephews. Visitation will begin on Friday, January 29, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. at Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Home-Alice, A Rosary will be recited at 10:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church with a Funeral mass to follow. Burial will follow at the Alice Cemetery.
