I met JR when I went to work at PD building in municipal court 17 years ago. He was a very good, tough cop and did his job by the book. And as anyone who knows him will attest, a good man, always in a positive mood and liked "horsing" around with people.. His family used to cowboy with my Uncle Phil and I know he had great memories of that. I think God would say "Good ride, cowboy, good ride".

So sorry for your loss. In Paradise, Jesus will fulfill his role as ‘the resurrection and the life.’ John 11:25
