Juan Eusebio Garza

Alice- Juan Eusebio Garza 86 years of age passed away, Sunday, November 5, 2017 in a Corpus Christi hospital. He worked in the oilfield industry all of his life. He was an avid hunter and was a devoted Astros fan, he was told that the Astros won the World Series before his passing. He was loved by his family and friends and will be sadly missed. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rafael and Vicente Garza, his wife Santos R. Garza, sisters, Irene G. Taylor, Idolina G. Truluck, Emma G. Trevino and a brother Rafael Y. Garza.  He is survived by his son, Jaime R. (Maria Saenz) Garza, Alice, Texas, one brother, Pedro Y. Garza (Amy), San Antonio, Texas, three sisters, Aida G. Slayton, Austin, Texas, Graciela Hernandez (Tomas), Benavides, Texas, and Crismela G. Raborn, San Antonio, Texas, three grandsons, Juan Jaime Garza (Jessica), Miguel Andres Garza and Mario Daniel Garza, one great-grandson, James Oliver Garza, numerous nieces and nephews.  Visitation will begin on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Home-Alice, 600 S. Wright St.  from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. the same evening. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at St. Joseph Catholic Church.  Burial will follow at the New Hebbronville Cemetery in Hebbronville, Texas.  Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Homes, Inc. in charge of arrangements.
