Juan Daniel Cuevas

Alice, Texas - Juan Daniel Cuevas, 39 years old passed away Friday, June 5, 2020 after a sudden illness in a Corpus Christi hospital. He was a graduate of Alice High School Class of 1998. Juan enjoyed cooking, fishing and spending time with his family. He was a loving son, grandson, husband, father, brother, uncle and friend and will be sadly missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his father, Juan H. Cuevas. He is survived by his wife, Rose Cuevas of Alice, Texas, two sons, Damion David Cuevas and Jacob Daniel Cuevas both of Alice, Texas, one daughter, Jun (Aaron Gonzalez) Cuevas of Alice, Texas, his mother, Aida S. Lopez, his maternal grandmother, Irene Salinas and a Special Aunt, Dilia Resendez all of Alice, Texas, one brother, David (Janika) Cuevas of San Antonio, Texas, one sister, Jessica Cuevas of Alice, Texas, several nieces and nephews. Due to Covid-19 Pandemic we will follow all CDC and Government mandates. We ask everyone to follow the guidelines by social distancing and wearing masks. Visitation will begin on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. at Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Home in Alice with a Prayer Service at 7 p.m. that evening.
