Josefa V. Sanchez

​Concepcion, Texas - Josefa V. Sanchez, 94 years old passed away Tuesday November 16, 2021 at a Nursing Home in Alice after a short illness. She was a homemaker. Josefa enjoyed cooking, sewing, singing and spending time with her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great- grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jesus Sanchez, Sr. her son Jesus Sanchez, Jr., seven brothers and five sisters. She is survived by her son Juan Jose (Velma) Sanchez, two daughters Norma Linda Sanchez and Olga Lydia (Ruperto,Sr.) Cadena, sister Francisca Sanchez, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation will begin on Saturday November 20, 2021 at 8 a.m. - 9 a.m. at Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Home in San Diego. Rosary will be recited at St. Francis de Paula Catholic in San Diego on Saturday November 20, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass. Burial at Realitos Cemetery in Realitos, Texas.
