Josefa R. Salinas

San Diego, Texas - Josefa R. Salinas, 68 years old passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2018 in a Corpus Christi hospital after a short illness. She was a graduate of SDISD Class of 1968. Josefa was a homemaker, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend who will be sadly missed by all. She is preceded in death by her parents Isidro and Martha Lopez Rosales. She is survived by her husband, Servando C. Salinas of San Diego, Texas, three sons, Kenneth (Melinda) Salinas of Alice, Texas, Servando (Sandra) Salinas, Jr. of Edinburg, Texas and Ricardo Salinas of San Diego, Texas, three daughters, Barbara Salinas of Uvalde, Texas, Jovanna R. ( Will) Ibanez  and Linda Holley both of Pearland, Texas, one sister, Norma (Bobby) Munoz of Grandbury, Texas, thirteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will begin on Monday, March 19, 2018 at 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. at Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Home in San Diego with a Prayer Service to be conducted at 7 p.m. that same evening. Burial will be on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 1 p.m. at
