Sad for your loss.

I had the honor and the pleasure to work with Bert in the early 90's at KGOL AM 1180 in Houston.
Bert recommended me for the GM position there.
His commitment was to spreading The Gospel! He was very talented in radio, and his personality made you a "friend from the beginning!"
We lost touch after Bert went to KGLF.
I am so Thankful that God brought us together!

My deepest condolences to his family, I had the honor of working with him at RadioShack, we never worked together since I was working in Rio Grande City, but we were always in contact with each other, he was a great mentor to me, always calling to make sure I was doing fine and if I had a question I knew he will always be just a phone call away. May you Rest In Peace my friend.
