My heartfelt condolences to Lydia and her family. Frances (Panchita) was such a sweet, caring, loving woman. I met Frances in 1965 at the Duval Co Courthouse. She was Deputy County Clerk and I was hired as a clerk in the same office. My Dad was Chief Deputy Co Clerk at time of his death (1965) and they offered a position in same office to me. Francis taught me everything there was to know about doing the clerks duties. She used to tell me funny stories about my Dad while he worked there; Dad could be very funny when he wanted to. Panchita was very good in working with people and helping people. We all are going to miss her. She is now resting and will be with God at the right time. Lydia you are such a good sister to her; take care.

We came from the same neighborhood in San Diego and Kika always felt like family to us. She was a sweet and cheerful person. Whenever we visited San Diego we would stop by the court house
