Eloisa N. Saldivar passed away on January 10, 2022. She was a lifelong and faithful member of El Mesias United Methodist Church. She worked as a teacher aide for several years. She was preceded in death by her husband Bernabe Saldívar; parents Enrique and Francisca Nava; brothers Conrado Nava, Manuel Nava and Albert Nava; sisters Herminia Nava, Margarita Contreras and Adela Peña; son in law Fred Trevino; grandson Christopher Villarreal and great granddaughter Justeen Trevino. She leaves sons Samuel (Sylvia) Saldivar and Miguel (Sylvia) Saldivar; daughters Sylvia (Servando) Charles and Belinda Trevino. Other survivors include 12 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces. The celebration of life will be held at Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Home - Alice at 600 S. Wright St. Alice, Texas, 78332. On Saturday, January 15, 2022. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. A Memorial Service will be held from 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. ending with Eulogies. Followed by a Funeral procession to New Collins Cemetery. Due to Covid-19 Pandemic we ask that you wear a mask at the Funeral Home, and at the cemetery. Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Homes, Inc. entrusted with the arrangements.

Our deepest condolences to the Saldivar Family. I have so many beautiful memories of Locha playing the piano and working so hard as a disciple of Christ at El Mesías for all ages! Wonderful lady!!!
