Remember
2 Kings 20:5, “I have heard your prayer and seen your tears. I will heal you.”
So, take time to grief as grief is natural and a part of our lives. After all, Grief is the price one pays for loving someone you lose as you did Nicho.
May your memories of him along with aroma of the flowers, the trees, the cooking of food while you wait for it to be ready, and other social gatherings remind you of him and bring you comfort and strength to overcome this loss for days to come. Remember, this too shall pass with time, but until then, your friends are here to pick you up. We are just a phone call away.
Remember the good times, his laugher, his courage, his love, his hugs, and his sensitivity. Sandra, when you think of him or dream of him, look up and smile not only to honor him but also to show him that the life you shared together was unmeasurable. That’s how his friends will remember their friend—with the joy and laugher he brought to all their faces.
May the soul of this faithful departed friend through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
Your friend, Benjie.
