Angelita A. Perez

​San Diego- Angelita A. Perez, 74 years of age passed away on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She loved going to bingos, barbequing with her sons, telling jokes, spending time with her grandchildren, especially her great-grandchildren. She loved her fur babies, Chico, Cookie and Weela. Angelita had a heart of gold and made everyone feel like they were the favorite. She was preceded in death by her parents, Felix Arredondo, Sr. and Maria Concepcion Villarreal, her husband, Cleto Perez, Sr., one son, Gilbert Perez, her son-in-law, Jose Luis Sanchez and numerous brothers and sisters. Left behind to cherish her memories are, daughter, Rosalinda P. Sanchez, four sons, Cleto "Fonzie" (Amada) Perez, Jose Angel "Blue" (Debbie) Perez, Rogelio "Rocky" (Consuelo) Perez and Sammy Perez, stepdaughter, Norma G. Garza, two brothers, Raul Arredondo, Sr., and Tomas Arredondo, twenty-five grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, and nephews. Active Pallbearers: Joe Sanchez, Jr., Aaron Sanchez, Andrew Perez, Matthew Perez, Jason Perez, Branden Bowen, Cleto Perez, III, Gilbert Perez, Jr. Honorary Pallbearers: Josh Michael Trevino.  Visitation will begin on Friday, May 28, 2021 at 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. at Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Home Chapel in San Diego with a Prayer Service conducted at 7 p.m. by Pastor Martinez. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at 10 a.m. at Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Home in San Diego. Burial will follow at the San Diego Cemetery. Due to Covid-19 Pandemic we ask that everyone continue to wear a mask and social distance at the funeral home and at the cemetery. Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Homes, Inc. in charge of arrangements.
