Victoria Espinoza

San Diego, Texas – Victoria Espinoza, 70 years of age passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2024, in her home surrounded by her loving family. Victoria was a housewife for most of her life. She was a very loving and giving person to everyone and was always ready to help anyone in need. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Jose T. Gomez, Porfiria Benavides, two brothers; Enrique Gomez, Eladio Gomez, and one sister; Leticia Gomez.

She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years; Andres Espinoza, two daughters; Yesenia (Saul Zarate) Espinoza, Jovanna Espinoza, one brother; Jose (Nelda) Gomez, two sisters; Guadalupe A. Ramos, Maria Luisa (Felipe) Alvarez, four grandchildren; Andrea (Michael Salaiz) Jimenez, Gabriella Jimenez, fur grand baby; Uhtred Ragnarson, Gabriel Ignacio Zarate, Jaxon Allec Zarate, numerous nieces, nephews, and David Jimenez.

​The family would like to thank Altus Hospice, and their wonderful nurses, Roland Chapa and Gracie Infante for the wonderful care and services.

Visitation will begin Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. at Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Home in San Diego with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Francis de Paula Catholic Church in San Diego. Burial to follow at The San Diego Cemetery in San Diego, Texas.
