Guadalupe Saènz

​Guadalupe Saènz, 87 years of age, passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at a nursing home.

Guadalupe dedicated many years of her life to caring for others as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) before her retirement. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, and aunt who cherished her family dearly.

Guadalupe also enjoyed spending her free time gambling and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

he is preceded in death by her parents, Guadalupe L. Saènz and Nestora Rodriguez Saènz; three brothers, Alberto Adami, Eloy Armando Saènz, and Tomas Saènz; and one sister, Gloria Olga Garcia.

She is survived by her son, Emilio A. (Maria) Uribe; two daughters, Graciela (Noel) Uribe Cano and Raquel (James) Grube; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will begin on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 8:00 a.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 9:00 a.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. at St. Francis de Paula Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the San Diego Cemetery.

Guadalupe will be remembered for her caring heart, her years of service to others, and the love she shared with her family. Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
