San Diego, Texas – Diana D. Sendejo, 70 years of age passed away, Monday, October 21, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Diana was an avid San Francisco 49ers and San Antonio Spurs fan. She enjoyed spending time with her wonderful family, especially during the holidays. She was a child caregiver for many years to children who she grew very close to and considered one of her own. She was a graduate of San Diego High School class of 1972. Diana was a parishioner of St. Francis de Paula Catholic Church and a member of the Altar and Rosary Society. She was a loving mother of four children fathered by Teodoro Sendejo Sr. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Preceded in death by her Parents Pedro & Leonor Ramirez Delgado, four brothers; Jose Francisco Delgado, Armando R. “Mandito” Delgado, Pedro Delgado, Norberto Delgado; two sisters; Evangelina Struck and Teodora “Lola” Delgado. Survivors include her companion; Alonzo Lopez Jr., two sons; Teodoro (Melissa) Sendejo Jr., Roberto Rene (Tracy) Delgado, two daughters; Christina Marie Black and Zelda Eliza Sendejo, two brothers; Juan Pablo (Maria) Delgado and George Delgado, two sisters; Mary Lou (†Eliseo) Morin and Sara R. Delgado, three sisters in-law; Bertha Delgado, Anita Delgado and Viola Delgado, nine grandchildren; Melanie, Roel, Titus, Tristan, Lauren, ZJ, DJ, Eli and Ella, numerous nieces and nephews. Active Pallbearers: JJ, Margarito, Robert, Gabriel, Alex and Roel. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 9:30 a.m. at Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Home-San Diego, Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at St. Francis de Paula Catholic Church. Burial to follow at the San Diego Cemetery. Mauro P. Garcia Funeral Homes, Inc. in charge of arrangements.
